Clothing Recommendations
- May-June : Light summer wear.
- September-October : Warm clothing for cooler evenings, especially in Kedarnath and Badrinath.
- Trekking or sports shoes are recommended for better grip and comfort.
Baggage Allowance
- Maximum baggage weight is 5 kg per passenger. Duffle bags will be provided.

Package Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Charges
- More than 28 days prior : 30% of total tour cost.
- 15 to 28 days prior : 50% of total tour cost.
- 8 to 14 days prior : 75% of total tour cost.
- 7 days or less : No refund.
Force Majeure Refunds
- Partial refunds for each uncovered Dham, minus operational charges, will be provided in case of disruptions.
- Full refunds (minus INR 30,000 for preparation charges) will be issued if the tour is canceled before commencement.
COVID-19 Clause
- In case of COVID-19-related cancellations, a credit voucher valid for one year will be issued.
Weather and Force Majeure Disclaimer
- Flying in hilly terrains is subject to weather conditions and operational constraints.
- Delays or cancellations due to weather, technical issues, or government restrictions are possible.
