Booking and Responsibilities
- Independent Operators: CharDhamYatra.org does not directly organize or conduct any tours. Instead, we connect you with vendors and operators who handle the tours.
- Bookings and Transactions: When you choose a tour and submit an inquiry, any bookings or transactions are directly with the operator, not CharDhamYatra.org.
- Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you will be entering into an agreement with the operator, accepting any specific terms, conditions, rules, and restrictions set by them.
Pricing and Changes
- Confirmed Bookings: Once a booking is confirmed, operators are responsible for maintaining the agreed-upon tour price. However, if additional services are requested, the operator may revise the cost but must obtain your consent first.
- Unconfirmed Bookings: For inquiries and bookings that are not yet confirmed, operators may adjust prices, details, discounts, or other services as per your requests. They will inform you of these changes, and you will need to approve them before the booking is finalized.
CharDhamYatra.org’s Role
- Information Provider: CharDhamYatra.org’s role is to provide you with accurate information, itineraries, and tour options to help plan your travel.
- Booking Assistance: We facilitate connections between travelers and operators but do not assume responsibility for the tour itself.
